Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounces - London Dry Gin
  • 1/2 ounces - Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • 1/3 ounces - Peach Liqueur
  • 1/3 ounces - St. Germain Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounces - Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounces - Apple Juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces - Tonic Water
  • 1 slices - Cucumber, garnish
  • 1 sprigs - Borage, garnish
  • Directions:

    Fill a highball glass ¾ full with ice. Add ½ ounce London dry gin, ½ ounce Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, 1/3 ounce peach liqueur, 1/3 ounce St. Germain liqueur, ½ ounce lemon juice and 1 ounce apple juice. Stir, top with 1½ ounces tonic water and garnish with cucumber slice and sprig of borage.
