  • 1/4 cups - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 - medium banana
  • 1 cups - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoons - nut butter of choice
  • - scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • - cinnamon to taste
  • - ice as needed
  • Directions:

    Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes, until well blended
