Banana Blueberry or Chunky Monkey Muffins Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups - blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons - sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons - grapeseed oil
  • 3 each - eggs, large, each egg = 1/4 cup
  • 2 cups - very ripe bananas (4-5), mashed
  • 1 cups - blueberries, can be frozen
  • 1 teaspoons - Stevita spoonable stevia, optional
  • Directions:

    Mix it all up. Put it in 24 stoneware muffin pans. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350, let cool in pan 30 minutes.
