  • 1/2 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cups - balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cups - chopped shallot
  • 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
  • Directions:

    Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
    Or blend in a large glass measuring cup or wide jar with an immersion blender.
