Ingredients:

  • 7 ounces - Tilapia, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons - lemon juice
  • - zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoons - ground mustard
  • 3 cloves - garlic, Minced & Crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoons - red pepper
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • Directions:

    Preheat Oven to 400ยบ
    Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper and salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Dip fish fillets in seasoning and cover thoroughly (you can also season the fish in the bowl, cover and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes.
    Put fish in a shallow baking pan lined with foil.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fillets can be easily flaked using a fork.
