Baked Tilapia (Fish) Tell a Friend

  • - 1-2 pieces of fish per person
  • - mayonnaise
  • - parmesan cheese (to thicken)
  • - lemon or lime juice
  • - pepper , to taste
  • - butter
  • - Montreal steak spice, optional
  • Directions:

    Thaw fish and pat dry.

    In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese to thicken, and lemon or lime juice (don't make mixture too thin) and pepper to taste.

    Butter the flat side of tilapia and put flat side down on parchment paper. Sprinkle on Montreal steak spice (optional).

    Put on sauce and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done (brown and bubbly on top).
