Baked Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce Tell a Friend

  • 2 1/2 pounds - to 3 pounds fresh pork strip tenderloin
  • Marinade
  • 1/4 cups - soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups - bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  • Mustard Sauce
  • 1/3 cups - sour cream
  • 1/3 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons - dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoons - finely chopped scallions
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - vinegar
  • - salt, to taste
  • Directions:

    Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate meat several hours at room temperature, turning occasionally.

    Remove from marinade and bake in slow oven at 325 degrees F, basting frequently with marinade for 1 hour or until tender.

    Carve the tenderloin on the diagonal in thin slices and serve it with mustard sauce.

    Mustard Sauce:
    Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise; stir in remaining sauce ingredients.
