Baked Pineapple Casserole Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans - Pineapple Chunks, drained, Need about 64 oz.
  • 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 1 cups - flour
  • 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups - Butter, (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 cups - Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 packages - Ritz Crackers, Crushed
  • Directions:

    Mix sugar, flour & cinnamon; add pineapple & 3/4 C. cheese, coating well. Pour into a b uttered 9" x 13" pan. Place remaining cheese on top. Mix butter with crackers & place on top.
    Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not over bake.

    Brief Description

    This can be used in place of potatoes & can be prepared ahead of time, but cannot be frozen.
    Makes an excellent dish to carry to a gathering at church or another home.

    Notes
