Ingredients:

  • 6 slices - bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons - bacon drippings reserved from cooking
  • 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons - sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • - dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cups - sliced mild onion
  • - washed and drained spinach

    • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients except spinach and heat.

    Add mixture to washed and drained spinach.
