Avocado Deviled Eggs Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 - avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoons - sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - smoked paprika, optional
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh cilantro, chopped
  • - lime juice, optional, for drizzling to serve
  • Directions:

    In a medium saucepan, place eggs and cover with water until fully submerged. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12-13 minutes.

    Fill a large bowl with ice water and gently place cooked eggs in bowl, allowing eggs to chill for 5 minutes.

    Remove shells from eggs and slice eggs in half lengthwise, removing the yolk.

    In a large bowl, add egg yolks along with avocado and spices; mix together until thoroughly combined. Spoon mixture into egg halves.

    Drizzle with a little lime juice and top with chopped cilantro.
