  • 3/4 cups - water
  • 2 - avocados, pitted, peeled
  • 1 - orange, peeled, seeded
  • 1 cloves - garlic
  • - juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 2 teaspoons - red or green curry powder / paste
  • 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • Directions:

    Blend all of the ingredients until creamy.

    Serve over your favorite chopped vegetables.
