Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces - cream cheese
  • 1/4 pounds - Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 pounds - cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cups - butter
  • 6 - anchovies, finely chopped
  • 1 - medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - mustard
  • 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons - brandy
  • 2 teaspoons - capers
  • 1 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 teaspoons - caraway seeds
  • - paprika
  • - assorted crackers and crisp raw vegetables, for dipping or serving with
  • Directions:

    Mix the cheeses with butter until smooth.

    Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into round ball or pumpkin.

    Serve with assorted crackers and crisp raw vegetables.
