Aunt Rosmary’s Dressing Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 - Pan of Rosmary's cornbread, Plus 1 1/2 slices
  • 2 slices - dry bread, pulled apart
  • 5 - crackers, crumbled
  • 1 - medium onion, diced
  • 4 cans - turkey and chicken broth, to moisten
  • 1 teaspoons - sage, or less
  • 2 teaspoons - poultry seasoning
  • 2 stalks - celery, diced
  • - Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • Directions:

    Mix all dry ingredients and taste. Add the egg and place in pan. Add stock until moistened - it will look more moist than you think you want.

    Bake 30-40 minutes until brown at 350 degrees. Cover the first 15 minutes of baking.
