    Brief Description

Nana's favorite Chocolate Frosting! Beautiful, soft, delicious chocolate peaks!

    Main Ingredient:

    Chocolate

    Category:  Frostings

    Cuisine:  American

    Prep Time: 5 min

    Notes

May substitute 1 Tbs mayonnaise per egg yolk if you prefer to not have raw eggs/.
Yield 1 2/3 cupfuls icing or enough for a single 8- or 9-inch layer cake, increase for 2 or 3 layers.
Soooo good on a chocolate or yellow butter cake. Try spreading jam on bottom layer, then frosting before stacking layers.
