Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - diet oleo
  • 3 tablespoons - flour
  • 1 cups - chicken broth
  • 1 cups - milk
  • 1/4 cups - Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  • - dash of pepper
  • 2 1/2 pounds - fresh asparagus, cooked
  • Directions:

    Make sauce from 1st 4 ingredients (oleo, flour, chicken broth and milk).

    Whisk in the rest of ingredients, and serve over cooked asparagus.
