  • 2 cans - Daily Chef chicken breast (13 oz. cans), drained
  • 1 cups - red pepper, diced
  • 5 - scallions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons - soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - sesame oil
  • Directions:

    1. Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make dressing.

    2. Combine remaining ingredients and add dressing; mix well.

    3. Serve on crackers or over a bed of lettuce, as desired.
