  • 1/4 cups - cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 - avocado, sliced or diced
  • 1/2 - lime (juice from)
  • 1 tablespoons - cilantro
  • - cherry tomatoes, halved or whole
  • 1/2 - mango, sliced or diced
  • Directions:

    Place all ingredients into a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
