  • 1 cups - grapeseed oil vegenaise
  • 1 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cloves - garlic, pressed
  • 14 ounces - can artichokes, drained, chopped
  • 9 ounces - frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cups - raw Beyone Organic Havarti cheese, grated
  • - red pepper, chopped
  • Directions:

    Combine first 5 ingredients. Put in small baking stone. Top with Havarti cheese and red pepper. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
