  • 1/2 cups - butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup), softened
  • 3 cups - powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  • 2 cups - crispy rice cereal
  • 16 ounces - chocolate candy coating (CandiQuick)

  • - sprinkles, optional
  • Directions:

Combine peanut butter and butter together in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
    Stir in vanilla.

Gradually add in powdered sugar, half a cup at a time until mixture is smooth and you can easily form balls. Stir in crispy rice cereal.

Shape into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes on a wax-lined baking sheet (or in freezer for 20 minutes).

Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate.
