  • 1 Cup - Almond Flower
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 Cup - Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 - Large eggs
  • 2 TBSP - butter, melted
  • 2 TBSP - Sour Cream
  • Directions:

    1. Combine the Almond flower, baking powder, and salt in a large bowel. Mix in the cheddar cheese by hand until well combined.

    2. Add eggs, butter, and sour cream to the center and blend with a large fork, spoon or hands,until a sticky batter forms.

    3. Air fry/Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes for small to 10 minutes for large until golden brown.
