  • 3 teaspoons - onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons - cilantro (OR parsley, if preferred)
  • 1 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 teaspoons - oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons - turmeric
  • Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

    Store in an air-tight container until ready to use.

    Makes 2 tablespoons; use 2 tablespoons for each one pound of ground meat (or a little more or less, to your preferred taste). You can add 3/4 cup water to a pound of ground beef with the seasoning for a more "saucy" mixture.
