Ingredients:

  • 3 cups - spring mix
  • 1/2 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
  • 1 - hard boiled egg white
  • 2 ounces - boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cups - garbanzo beans
  • 1 - apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoons - salad dressing - raspberry and walnut (light)
  • Directions:

    Prepare the chicken (grill or cook in a pan with non-stick spray), and boil the egg.

    Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
