  • 3 tablespoons - Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tablespoons - Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 tablespoons - Chia Seeds
  • 6 ounces - water
  • 2 tablespoons - Sweetener of choice, -I use Sugar Free Torani or Pyure
  • 1/3 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoons - Butter- Unsalted
  • Directions:

    Add all of your ingredients to a bowl, except the butter. mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add your butter and enjoy!
    Feel Free to add optional toppings! Nuts, Berries , Coconut Flakes or Cinnamon Sugar Chayote
