Notes:
TOAST CUPS: Press slices of bread into muffin tins, forming it into a cup. Be careful not to tear bread. Set oven to broil and toast in oven until browned, checking frequently. Fill with your favorite gravy.

Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 12 oz. Light Tuna (in water) drained and flaked
- 2 cups - Fresh or Frozen Peas (NOT canned!)
- 1 cans - Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.75 oz. can
- 4 - Hard-cooked Eggs Peeled and Diced
- 2/3 cups - Milk
- 3 tablespoons - Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
- - Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat soup, milk, butter, lemon juice and salt. Add flaked tuna, peas and eggs and stir until well mixed. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture becomes bubbly and thick (if mixture seems thin, thicken with a little flour and if too thick add milk a little at a time).
When hot, ladle into toast cups (instructions on Left) or over hot biscuits.

Easy Microwave Instructions:
In a microwave safe bowl combine all ingredients (make sure to flake the tuna)--stir with a spoon until mixed well. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes--stir again. Return to microwave and heat 2 more minutes on high. Serve in toast cups or over biscuits.
